All blank wood kits are cut using a laser machine. What does this mean?
1. The wood edges will have a brown or honey looking tint to them,
2. You will notice in smaller designs a darker color or scorch marks, especially in the smaller designs,
3. Once painted or stained you will not notice the marks.
What you can expect:
Each kit varies in size and number of pieces. The kits will be wrapped in plastic wrap to keep all pieces together. These kits are extremely fragile, so please handle with care from unpacking to painting and assembly.
In my opinion, chalk paints give the best coverage for blank wood kits. I like to use Stick Fast Instant CA Adhesive-CA Medium to glue them together. These are just suggestions for you to consider.
